Following the abundance of the monumental building and architectural politics of the Mitterand era, the architecture and the surrounding area seems to be searching  for a new release, innovative and concentarting on space, concentrating the quality of life, rather than "identity town-planning"  Will Paris, the city of ligths, be tempted to turn into Paris, the green city?
